NASI LEMAK
it seems thats dish would be the national favourite food.It is eaten   right from morning as breakfast to wee hours of the night known as supper.
this dish is served with coconut fragnant rice together with curry chicken or beef together with cucumber and sambal(chili paste)




ROJAK
This is a fruit and vegetable salad mainly consist of cucumber , raw         mango , water apple (jambu air) and turnip.Together with blackish and sticky sweet sauce is poured over it.The sauce is a mixture of prawn paste and chili paste.this month watering salad combo has five flavours mainly ; sweet , sour , hot , soft and crunchy.It is coated over by crushed peanut .




LOBAK                                                          
the word "lobak" is coined from two components of   the dish ,the thick,starchy dipping sauce (lo) and the meat   (bak) use for   this      sausage   roll.The main flavouring is chinese five   dipping saucespice powder; the meat is wrapped in bancurd skins which turn crispy when deep fried .




 

 

Penang Curry Mee

Penang style mee is characterized by a thin but very aromatic tasty coconut milk enriched curry stock.The spiciness comes from the chili paste which is served on the side together . This chili paste is a concoction of ground dried chillies fried in oil . It is served with topping of cockles , prawns and tofu puffs .



 

 

Assam Laksa                                                                                                                      

Assam Laksa is known as “Mother of all laksa”.     The  were  mention  of the piquant Penang Assam Laksa is usually enough to make a fan’s mouth water.
  This dish is made famous by the Nyonya community. It is   serve    with rice noodles in a hot and sour fish based gravy. It comes with  topping of  fish meat and garnished with cucumber, onion, mint and    pineapple. This dish is usually served “hae ko” (shrimp paste).


AIS KACANG               
    Ais Kacang is know as ABC (an abbreviation of its malay   name "Air Batu Campur") is a mound of shaved ice sweetened with  syrup ,  evaporated milk and topped with a scoop of ice-cream. Together with  it   is served with sweetened red bean , sweet corn ,   peanuts and cendol.   What put the flavour to this popular desert is the  palm sugar or in malay  is called "Gula Melaka".
